The Oregon Clinic is seeking a part-time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our colorectal surgical practice in Portland. Candidates should have clinical experience in pelvic floor physical therapy, including patient evaluation, development of a treatment plan, and knowledge of discharge criteria. Candidates must possess knowledge, or willingness to obtain competency, in current treatment modalities/ procedures and their safe usage, including biofeedback, manual release, and balloon training. Must comply with all aspects of the Oregon Physical Therapy Act in providing physical therapy services. This position is 1-2 days a week (8-16 hours), with opportunity to grow as the program expands, either with more hours or an additional provider. The PT will be given the opportunity to shadow and be mentored by a large group of colorectal surgeons and have access to a network of other multidisciplinary practitioners of pelvic floor health. This opportunity comes with up to $1000/year of continuing education/training money. Starting pay range, based on experience: $35.17– $43.96 per hour. Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or BS in related field plus certification, or Master's/Doctorate Degree in PT. Graduate of Physical Therapy program accredited by the APTA required. Currently eligible or licensed as a PT with the State of Oregon (or willing to obtain OR State licensure.) Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire. ACLS may be required by specialty. Must have Pelvic Health Experience. Must be able to attend work regularly and generally work all scheduled hours. Hearing, Speaking and Vision: Adequate to perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to sit, stand, squat and walk.
