OrMobility Physical Therapy and Performance is seeking a dedicated and skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our team. We offer a personalized and premium out-of-network experience to each patient. With 60 minute appointments, our patients expect a dynamic and engaging experience that emphasizes results. Our investment with you involves a compensation range between $87,000-$108,000, plus benefits. As I said, we emphasize results, so we offer a negotiable $1,500 CEU dollars. Furthermore, we allocate 1-hour that is paid at your full rate for mentorship/learning per week in: Pelvic Floor, TMD, concussion/vestibular therapy, orthopedics, and more. We also understand that you want to retire, so we offer a 401k plan plus 3% match, along with free appointments with a financial advisor to discuss your financial goals. Furthermore, health insurance is important and should be tailored to your needs, which is why we offer a health care stipend allowing your choice of insurance. Finally, we encourage work-life balance by offering flexible schedules, assistance with child care if needed, 14 days of PTO, and major holidays off.
